Fisher – Founder of
Vatic Outsourcing. Celia began in the Telecom
industry in 1989. Her direct telecom carrier
experience includes 8 yrs w/ Cable &
Wireless and 4 yrs with Frontier/Global
Crossing. Celia has 10 yrs of direct
customer service/support experience and 2 yrs
of direct new account sales experience. Responsible
for customer bases in excess of $1,000,000 per
month with individual accounts $100,000+ per
month in recurring monthly revenue. Celia was
consistently ranked in the top 10 % of peer
group each of her 12 years in industry.
Shawn Purcell –
Founder of Vatic Outsourcing. Shawn began
in the Telecom industry in 1989. His direct telecom
carrier experience includes 7 yrs with Cable
& Wireless and 5 yrs with Frontier/Global
Crossing. Shawn has 3 yrs of direct
new sales experience, 4 yrs in direct sales
management and 5 yrs as a Regional Director.
Shawn consistently ranked in the top 20% of
peer group as a Regional director at Frontier/Global
Crossing where he managed a territory of 40
employees in 3 states and revenue in excess
of 3.75 million per month.
Doug Sammak –
Founder of Vatic Outsourcing. Doug began
in the Telecom industry in 1990 .His direct
telecom carrier experience includes 6 yrs with
Cable & Wireless and 5
with Frontier/Global Crossing.
Doug’s experience includes 2 yrs of direct
new sales, 2 years of customer service/support
management at a regional level and 7 years of
direct sales management. Doug consistently ranked
in top 20 % of peer group,and as the city GM
of Atlanta, grew the Atlanta base of Global
Crossing from $500,000 per month in 1997 to
over $2,500,000 at the end of 2001.
Christine Ragland –
National Account Manager. Christine Began in
the Telecom industry in 1989 (all 12 years of
her career have been with the same company-
Allnet, Frontier, Global Crossing
-name changes through acquisition) Christine
has 8 years of direct new sales experience and
2 years as a District Manager. Christine is
a 7 time Presidents club winner and was ranked
in the top 10 nationally 6 years in a row 96’-01’.
Christine was also ranked as the # 1 representative
at Global Crossing (company-wide) over a 3 year
period 1999-2001.Christine has a solid mid-market
telecom background and managed a customer base
of over $500,000 per month prior to her departure
from Global Crossing.
Chuck Wheeler –
National Account Manager. Chuck began in
the Telecom industry in 1994 with Cable
& Wireless (Virginia Beach) as
a Sales Representative and earned multiple promotions
up through District Sales Manager. Chuck
also spent 5 yrs in Atlanta working as a National
and Key Account Representative for Frontier/Global
Crossing, and earned consistent sales
performance awards. Most Recently, Chuck
has relocated back to Virginia Beach and has
worked as the Sales Manager for Adelphia
Business Solutions. Chuck’s track
record includes many satisfied clients and multiple
sales awards.
April Williams – National Account Manager.
With a total of 11 years of experience in telecommunications,
April began in the Telecom industry in 1994 – Her
carrier work experience includes 9 years with
- Allnet, Frontier, Global
Crossing –(name
changes through acquisition) and 2 years with
Qwest Communications. April spent her first
year in the industry in a client services capacity
supporting accounts with a total monthly spend
above $20,000 spend per month. The past 10
years have been in a direct sales capacity
to mid market telecom customers. April’s
performance has consistently been in the top
10% of her peer group and throughout her career
and she has received many top achiever awards
for her performance in telecom sales and service.
Her experience has always been focused on the
mid sized enterprise telecom customer.
Will Deller – Sales Support Manager. With a total of over 15 years working in the service and financial services industries ,Will brings his experience to the telecom industry and Vatic outsourcing. With accounting , back office support and customer service experience ,Will brings to Vatic Outsourcing valuable assets to better help our firm support and focus on our customers needs by providing systems, order management and back office support to both our clients and partner staff. After 6+ successful years at vatic as a sales support specialist, Will now leads the support team of 6 sales support specialists at Vatic setting the daily pace for high customer satisfaction.
Jennifer Perry – Sales Support Specialist. Jennifer graduated from Kennesaw State University and has been working at Vatic Outsourcing for 2 1/2 years. During her tenure, she has assisted in compiling a comprehensive customer database which is the backbone of Vatic’s operations. In addition to maintaining that database, she leverages excellent written and oral communication skills and strong organizational skills to support Vatic's internal and external customers. A team player with a positive attitude and organizational expertise, Jennifer has helped to contribute to the satisfaction of our internal customers and growth of our external customer base.
Chris Reimann- Sales Support Specialist. Chris graduated from the University of Georgia. He brings over 7 years of service industry experience with him to Vatic Outsourcing including stints as an event marketer and as an inventory manager. Chris understands what it takes to get the job done in a time-sensitive industry with little room for error. With a tremendous amount of customer service knowledge, Chris will prove to be a valuable asset to Vatic and our customers.
Liz Ryczek - Sales Support Specialist. Liz joined Vatic in the Spring of 2008 having just graduated from the University of Georgia’s top ranked speech communications program. Prior to graduating from Georgia, Liz had numerous jobs dealing in customer service that provided a strong foundation for her development with Vatic. Liz strives to make sure every issue is dealt with in a timely manner and that each person she communicates with has a positive experience in dealing with Vatic.
Jonathan Andrews - Assistant to CIO/CMO. Jonathan joined Vatic in the Spring of 2010 as a Junior in college while working toward a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Kennesaw State University. Prior to joining the Vatic team, Jonathan worked in corporate/retail banking for five years helping to develop a skill set that helped him prepare for a transition from public-sector big business to private-sector telecom consulting. In everything he does, Jonathan constantly strives to ensure that the customer's needs are met and that efficiency and excellent service are the most notable parts of dealing with Vatic.
Stacy Nieman - Sales Support Specialist. Stacy became a part of the Vatic Outsourcing team in the beginning of 2011 and comes to us with an extensive 14 years of Customer Service experience. Prior to working for Vatic she spent ten years working in customer service & sales support for IBM. After traveling around the country with American Dawn Inc. a manufacturer and distributor of textile products, Stacy then landed back in Atlanta, Georgia working as a Customer Service Manager for ALSCO, a medical and restaurant linen supply company. Stacy has jumped into her new role enthusiastically at Vatic, heavily leveraging her customer service background. She is a welcomed addition to the Vatic team and will be a critical front line person in working day to day with our growing client base.
Marquita (Ta) Millen - Sales Support Specialist. Ta's educational background included concentrated studies at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, all while maintaining equal focus on campus activities, a combination providing and molding a well-rounded package, making her an attractive addition as Vatic's latest full-time support team member. Having the opportunity of living and frequently traveling abroad, Ta brings to Vatic a worldly, yet strategically practical approach to customer service. Utilizing these valuable experiences along with her years of management, her past consulting skills and her atypical education, Ta has prepared herself sufficiently for roles such as this, with high hopes and determination to tackle and conquer any and all customer needs and requests.
Logan Boyd - Sales Support Specialist. Logan joined Vatic Outsourcing recently as a part-time associate. While continuing the pursuit of a degree in computer information systems at Georgia State University, Logan has been exposed to a wide variety of training in the area of information technology including computer networking, security, web design, and database modeling. With such technical background under his belt, Logan will be a true asset in almost every area of our customers' telecommunication issues.
